Serve as operational partner- guide sellers through platform onboarding: sku optimization, listing creation, logistics setup- provide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement planskey requirements:- fluent professional english (written and spoken)- bachelor's degree (or recent graduate) in marketing, business, e-commerce, or related fields- strong excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup) and basic data analysis capability- experience in b2b sales or e-commerce are a big plus- understanding of mexican manufacturing clusters (e.g., guadalajara footwear, león leather goods)
