in this role, your responsibilities will be:
* develop and put into action sales strategies and marketing programs across the north central region.
* identify and pursue new opportunities to increase sales and expand into new regions and market specialities for both product lines (ridgid and greenlee).
* improve fieldwork efforts to promote products to end-users, supporting the distribution network in growing sales and improving market presence throughout the region.
* collaborate with the distribution network to develop strategies for optimizing inventory levels to effectively serve market demands.
* achieve annual sales goals while ensuring distributors optimize all proaction benefits (discounts, mdf, and rebates).
* build and implement annual business plans, executive reports, presentations, forecasts, brand initiatives, and project tracking plans.
* manage multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively under time constraints.
* serve as the daily point of contact for distributors and end-users, ensuring alignment and support for business objectives.

for this role, you will need:
* bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, engineering or a related field.
* proven experience in sales or business development roles.
* strong analytical skills.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* fluency in spanish and english, both written and spoken.
preferred qualifications that set you apart:
* experience in the industrial tools or construction industry.
* knowledge of inventory management strategies and distribution networks.
* familiarity with proaction programs, including mdf and rebates.
* advanced proficiency in ms office and crm tools.
