overview of the position:
this role will be responsible for implementing administrative management and human resources functions in our new mexico branch.
key responsibilities:
* developing administrative management and hr systems, processes, and policies applicable to mexican companies;
* implementing human resource planning in mexico, including talent recruitment, performance evaluation and development, staff structure and compensation planning;
* providing expert advice on local administrative and hr matters to top managers in mexico on a regular basis;
* creating and promoting a positive corporate culture in our mexico branch, enhancing organizational atmosphere and employee satisfaction;
* collaborating with local public affairs departments in mexico and maintaining external relations for the company;
* supporting other business development initiatives in mexico.
requirements:
at least 5 years of experience in administrative and hr management, with more than 2 years of experience working in mexico. A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as human resources, administration, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in mandarin and spanish is an asset.
reporting line:
the general manager and human resources director of the overseas business group at the group headquarters.
benefits:
a competitive total pre-tax annual salary package not exceeding rmb 550,000. Working hours are 9:00-18:00, 8 hours per day, 5.5-6 days a week.
