*position description*:
we are looking for a servicer to reach out to clients via the phone regarding existing case files. The servicer will take ownership of the call, ask the right question and provide a superior client experience throughout the process. The ideal individual is a team player who is able to provide concierge-level service and be hyper responsive to our client’s needs.
*job requirements*:
- heavy inbound customer service call handling
- making 40+ outbound calls a day
- sending payoff quotes
- familiarity with crm systems and practices
- data entry
*responsibilities and skills include the following*:
- obtains client information by placing telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying and entering information.
- answering clients questions related to the case or escalating the call.
- follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- report all collections issues promptly and input detailed notes.
- handling customer communications in a friendly, professional and timely manner
- maintaining a working knowledge of the finance industry
- interacting with other internal departments
- call center experience
- detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- excellent computer skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- strong emphasis on attendance
- ability to work full time

- you must speak fluent english and spanish.
- you must have a high speed internet connection at your home (80 mgs)
- up to date laptop with at least 8gb ram
- you must have at least 1 year of customer service experience over the phone.
- you must have a working computer system. Two computer monitors are a plus!

starting at $127.00/hour ($6.50 usd/hour)
this opportunity seeks someone who is a highly motivated individual that can work from home and help us with our increasing call volume. You will be paid in us dollars twice a month. The pay will be $6.50 usd hourly.
