Job summary:
the sales operations manager plays a critical role in driving sales efficiency and effectiveness within a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing sales data and analytics, supporting forecasting and pipeline management, and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
key responsibilities:
* develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, kpis, and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.
* manage crm systems and ensure data integrity across customer and opportunity records.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline quote-to-cash processes and improve sales cycle efficiency.
* support sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting.
* analyze sales trends, customer demand, and market dynamics to inform business planning.
* drive adoption of sales tools and best practices across global sales teams.
* coordinate with supply chain and production teams to align sales forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; mba is a plus.
* 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
* strong analytical skills with proficiency in excel, crm platforms (e.g., salesforce), and bi tools.
* excellent communication and project management skills.
* familiarity with semiconductor industry sales cycles, pricing models, and customer engagement strategies.
