Job as a regional procurement manager, you will be part of the global supply management team, driving supply chain continuity and working on tariff workstreams in the region. Key responsibilities drive suppliers on time delivery performance in close collaboration with global supply chain & quality teams. Debottlenecking supply constraints by adopting best in class problem solving methodology. Lead & drive sourcing execution in alignment with lead category manager – project execution (executing transfer, resourcing, ecn & qualification projects). Drive world class cost and margin enhancement (tco improvement) to deliver target local productivity & working capital improvements (moq & lead time improvements). Lead and manage supplier relationships as the local representative for global affiliates. The person you love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have: minimum 5 years of experience in global strategic sourcing or procurement including supplier selection. Engineering degree in relevant area required, electronics or mechatronics engineering preferred. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost modelling, materials and experience in managing electro-mechanical component categories. Ability to work independently to deliver results and influence stakeholders internally and externally. Excellent communication skills with english language proficiency.
