we are seeking a driven and strategic commercial leader to join our expanding sales organization. This is a 100% on-site position, ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, leads by example, and builds strong customer relationships based on trust and consistency. The role requires managing and developing a sales team while ensuring disciplined execution and strict processes with tight follow-up structures across all commercial activities.
this position involves frequent travel to different locations within the assigned territory to visit customers, support field activities, and maintain a strong commercial presence.
key responsibilities
* recruit, train, develop, and manage a sales team (8–10 representatives or as assigned).
* conduct regular joint sales visits with sales representatives and account managers.
* collaborate closely with strategic accounts to strengthen long-term relationships.
* work with national sales and training leadership to implement effective sales strategies and structured training programs.
* monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* ensure the team operates with strict processes and tight follow-up structures to maintain consistency and accountability.
minimum requirements
* bachelor's degree.
* fully bilingual (english / spanish), fluent in verbal and written communication.
* 10+ years of experience in sales or sales management, with proven leadership and coaching capabilities.
* team management for over 5 years
* strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
* ability to lead teams in a disciplined, process-driven environment.
* availability for frequent travel within the assigned territory and occasional travel to other company locations.
