we have an opportunity for an operations sr. Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, ensuring products are delivered safely, on time, with high quality, and at the lowest possible cost. This position leads production teams, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
you will:
* supervise and monitor the production process, ensuring adherence to production schedules and standards.
* lead daily operations by directing team leaders and operators, ensuring workplace organization and process discipline.
* ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, as well as legal and internal training requirements.
* analyze production performance data (kpis, yields, order closings) and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
* coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to address equipment failures and product anomalies.
* lead or participate in improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives (lean).
* manage procurement of production supplies and monthly order closings.
* promote a culture of engagement and cross-training across the workforce.
key qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field (preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, senior supervisory or leadership roles
* strong knowledge of assembly processes, production control, and manufacturing best practices.
* experience leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
* strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
