They are based in southern california, arizona, utah, and texas area and, with a highly skilled and experienced professional team, have dedicated their entire existence to providing their customers with top-quality management, highly efficient problem resolution, and high-end service to help ensure that each board of directors and homeowners have the information and guidance it needs to make the best decisions for their community.
*as an administrative assistant for collections, your main activities will be*:
- review meeting minutes to identify collection-related items (delinquent accounts, payment plans, hard collections, etc).
- data entry in sw and excel.
- preparation of delinquency notices.
- preparation of dossiers for hard collections. Support the accounts receivable team with any other related task.
*work schedule*
- monday - friday._*
- 10:00 am. - 7:00 pm. Cst.
*_ daylight saving:_*
- 9:00 am. - 6:00 pm. Cst.

- 2 years of experience in administrative positions, collections, or similar roles.

- advanced ms office 365 and adobe reader knowledge.
- tech savvy
