about this role
the accounts receivables department is looking to backfill a position within mexico's team, providing assistance to our agencies and branches. This entry to mid-level position requires an analytical person with self-discipline, determination, and a positive attitude.
roles & responsibilities
1. make collection calls and collect on past due balances.
2. develop strong customer focus and high service level relationships with internal and external clients.
3. assist in the daily operations of the accounts receivable department.
4. provide ad hoc information and data analysis as requested.
5. meet established timelines and goals for assigned work.
6. resolve ar account conflicts to ensure agency productivity.
7. analyze customer accounts for skipped or partial payments, or errors, and contact customers to resolve discrepancies.
8. generate ar aging reports and identify critical issues.
9. contact customers via phone, email, and fax to collect past due amounts, and develop strategies to resolve issues, including coordination with the international ria sales team.
position requirements
1. minimum one year experience in a contact center environment handling high volume calls.
2. strong organization and time management skills.
3. mathematical and computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and microsoft office.
4. trilingual: english, spanish, and an advanced language.
5. excellent interpersonal, verbal, listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. attention to detail and high accuracy.
