influencer marketing account manager
is responsible for executing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring efficient implementation aligned with the brand's strategic objectives. He or she will also be responsible for structuring, collecting, and analyzing performance data, generating actionable reports that optimize future efforts.
requirements
what you will do:
● create and implement an influencer marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing and brand objectives.
● identify trends, target audiences, and strategic opportunities to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
● oversee campaign execution from start to finish, from planning and identifying influencers to execution and performance tracking.
● ensure campaigns are completed on time, within budget, and deliver expected results.
● lead and mentor the influencer marketing team, providing direction and support to achieve individual and team goals.
● conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and foster a culture of growth and collaboration within the team.
● establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations.
● negotiate contracts and terms with influencers, ensuring they align with brand values and compliance with industry standards.
● monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
● prepare detailed reports on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and present findings to senior management.
● work closely with content, social media, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are consistent across all platforms.
● support other departments, including product and sales, by integrating influencer content into broader marketing initiatives.
● stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.
