Job summary
this role is responsible for leading a team of quality assurance inspectors to ensure incoming materials meet compliance standards.
* key responsibilities:
* lead and manage a team of quality assurance inspectors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* collaborate with the quality assurance supervisor to provide support and feedback to team members.
* perform day-to-day quality inspections and record results in sap.
* train new quality assurance inspectors on processes and procedures.
* communicate changes in requirements from dcc, workcell, or customer to the team.
* assign and monitor routine tasks to inspectors.
* maintain a clean and organized work area.
* develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with company policy.
