are you passionate about opening markets, connecting with decision-makers, and closing strategic deals? We are looking for a professional with proven experience in consultative software sales (saas, crm, erp, cloud solutions) and the ability to position technology as a true business partner.
responsibilities
* proactively prospect clients via linkedin, networking, expos, and referrals.
* schedule and attend meetings with decision-makers (logistics managers, operations directors, etc.).
* document and follow up opportunities in crm.
* deliver clear, professional, and consultative value proposals.
* prepare tailored analyses and commercial proposals.
* attend industry events to generate opportunities.
* coordinate internal meetings to secure successful closings.
requirements
* bachelor’s degree in business, administration, industrial engineering, logistics, or related fields.
* +2 years in consultative sales of digital solutions (crm, erp, saas, cloud, e-invoicing, etc.).
* experience selling to companies with logistics or shipping operations (preferred).
* crm tools (hubspot, zoho, salesforce, or similar).
* advanced linkedin prospecting.
* digital tools: chatgpt, gemini, google workspace, zoom/meet, excel.
* knowledge of logistics/shipping processes (desirable).
* executive presence and strong communication.
* ability to gain trust from managers and directors.
* self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented.
* persistent, proactive, and a natural deal-closer.
offer
* commissions: no cap, highly attractive
* 5% on the first closed contract’s monthly revenue.
* $5,000 mxn bonus for every 3 accounts closed per month.
* extra 10% quarterly commission for exceeding 120% of target.
