*objective*:
lead the development and implementation of quality systems and tools during pre-production to prevent process and product risks, ensuring customer satisfaction with delivered products.
*requirements*:
- bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering or related field.
- minimum 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- experience in machining processes.
- experience with quality systems: iso/ts 16949, vda 6.3, iso/iec 17025.
- knowledge of global quality standards and customer-specific requirements.
- experience with measuring equipment, fixtures, and metallography interpretation.
- knowledge of special processes (cqi-9/11/15).
- proficiency in sap transactions related to quality.
- understanding of six sigma, lean manufacturing, and kaizen methodologies.
- advanced english level (spoken and written).
