this role manages receiving processes, vendor delivery performance, material handling standards, and warehouse organization for incoming goods.
this is a key leadership role responsible for creating a world-class inbound operation that supports rapid growth and high standards.
* oversee daily inbound operations: receiving, unloading, inspection, labeling, and put-away of materials.
* ensure accurate and timely processing of all incoming shipments (raw materials, components, mro items, packaging, etc.).
* develop and enforce standardized receiving procedures, documentation, and workflows.
* coordinate scheduling of inbound deliveries to optimize dock efficiency.
* lead, train, and develop the inbound team (receivers, material handlers, forklift operators).
* promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
