Key fleet planning role
this is a high-level leadership position that requires strategic thinking and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and management of aircraft, engines, and other assets.
* negotiation and financing: lead negotiations and financing processes to ensure optimal cost structures and contractual conditions.
* financial modelling: develop and maintain financial and pricing models for aircraft and engines, incorporating variables such as debt amortization, payment profiles, and financial instruments.
* analysis and evaluation: analyze and evaluate financing alternatives to reduce total acquisition and financing costs, using tools like npv, irr, and cash flow models.
* reporting and presentations: prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, distilling complex data into actionable insights.
* bidding and procurement: design and oversee bidding and procurement processes with suppliers, oems, and internal teams to ensure transparency and efficiency.
* commercial agreements: manage compensations and commercial agreements with manufacturers, ensuring compliance with performance and operational standards.
