job description:
* develop and implement administrative management and human resources strategies aligned with the company's overseas development goals for our new branch in mexico.
* create and establish administrative and human resources management systems, processes, and norms applicable to mexican companies.
* oversee human resource planning in mexico, including talent recruitment, staff performance evaluation and improvement, talent training and development, staff structure, and salary and bonus planning.
* provide expert advice on local administrative and human resources management to top managers in mexico on a regular basis.
* build and maintain a positive corporate culture in our new mexican branch, fostering an organizational atmosphere, promoting cultural integration, and enhancing employee satisfaction.
* support communication with local public affairs departments in mexico and maintain external relations of the company.
* perform other work-related tasks to support business development in mexico.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in human resources, administration, or a related field is preferred.
* a minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative and hr management, with over 2 years of experience in mexican administrative and hr management.
* mandarin and spanish can be used as working languages.
work arrangements:
* report directly to the general manager and human resources director of the overseas business group at the group headquarters.
* standard working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 (8 hours) per day, with 5.5 to 6 days of work per week.
