We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing our multi-channel marketing strategy, driving inbound lead generation, and supporting our brand's general expansion. A critical element of this position is acting as the internal champion and liaison, managing key projects alongside our trusted external marketing and SEO agencies. 
Qualifications and Experience 
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment. 
- Proven ability to execute successful content and digital marketing campaigns. 
- Experience working with and managing external agencies or suppliers is highly desirable. 
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems. 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio demonstrating strong content creation ability. 
Key Responsibilities: 
- Develop and produce engaging, high-quality content across various formats, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, whitepapers, and case studies, focused on educating our target audience and driving brand authority. 
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, business objectives, and supports the generation of qualified inbound leads. 
- Plan, execute, and monitor comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns (including email, social media advertising, and paid search) aimed at specific conversion goals. 
- Collaborate directly with our external marketing agency to ensure campaigns are optimized, budgets are managed efficiently, and performance targets are met. 
- Apply basic knowledge of SEO principles to content creation and website strategy. 
- Act as the primary point of contact with our SEO agency to guide website improvements, technical fixes, and on-page optimization designed to maximize organic visibility and lead conversion rates. 
- Develop, schedule, and manage compelling content for professional platforms, primarily LinkedIn and Twitter, to foster community engagement and significantly increase brand reach. 
- Provide logistical and promotional support for all virtual and in-person marketing initiatives, including industry events, webinars, and conferences. 
- Work closely with the marketing agency and other suppliers to manage event timelines, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up. 
- Conduct continuous market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging industry trends, capture customer insights, and effectively refine and position our marketing strategies for maximum impact.
