organizational relationships
reports to: chief of operations
supervises: assistant project managers / subcontractors
requirements:
* bachelor's or associate degree in construction management, business, architecture, engineering (civil, structural, mechanical) or related field is preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
* excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* proficient in essential software applications, (ms office, autocad, revit, adobe acrobat)
* driver’s license must remain current

what you’ll be doing:
* oversee daily operations on multiple residential & commercial job sites.
* coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews.
* maintain strict construction schedules and project timelines.
* ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
* conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality.
* manage budgets, materials procurement, and cost controls. Communicate clearly with stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
* resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
* prepare and deliver weekly project reports for shareholders, ensuring transparency on progress, challenges, and financial updates.
* obtain and compare quotes from contractors and vendors to support cost-effective decision-making.
