key responsibilities:
* identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, and other growth partners
* support strategic marketing initiatives targeting latam countries
* coordinate with local influencers to run campaigns, promotions, and educational events
* provide high-level client support through live chat, email, phone, or whatsapp
* handle client onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction across all touchpoints
