Job title:strategic travel product acquisition managerjob description:this is a unique opportunity to lead negotiation, contracting, and optimization of tourism related products across multiple international markets. The successful candidate will thrive in a commercial environment and have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate supplier performance and optimize business results.key responsibilities:identify and evaluate suppliers for tours, activities, ground transportation, and destination services.negotiate commercial terms, rates, and contract conditions to secure competitive and profitable agreements.analyze market trends, product demand, pricing structure, and commercial performance indicators.maintain strong supplier relationships, manage contract execution, and oversee performance and incident follow-ups.collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including commercial, product, operations, finance, legal, and technology.maintain and update supplier databases and contract management platforms with high accuracy.track kpis such as time to market, revenue impact, sla adherence, and supplier quality index.drive automation, digital optimization, and continuous improvement of sourcing and contracting workflows.requirements:the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:demonstrated experience in travel product sourcing for tourism providers, travel marketplaces, wholesalers, or global distribution platforms.strong analytical and commercial evaluation skills (revenue models, margin optimization, profitability).advanced excel skills and familiarity with erps, crms, contract systems, or ai-assisted commercial tools.bachelor's degree in business, administration, international trade, tourism management, or related fields.advanced english communication skills.availability to travel according to business requirements.what we offer:the company offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
