We are seeking native-level latam spanish social media community managers to excite and engage with the audience for a leading nonprofit organization within the travel and tourism industry. What you’ll do engage with audiences across multiple platforms (tiktok, instagram, facebook) to maintain vibrant and engaging conversations. Address customer inquiries and comments with timely, professional responses that align with the brand’s tone of voice. Manage and grow an online community, moderating to ensure a welcoming, safe, and inclusive space. Working hours mixed flexibility across weekdays and weekends to cover project hours, driven by client needs. Essential days: tuesdays, thursdays and sundays. Shifts: moderation 10:00 am (uk time) and community management 6:00 am & 6:00 pm (uk time). Availability to cover these shifts and additional hours as needed. Comfort using digital tools (e.g., sprinklr, social sprout) and internal tools (e.g., availability scheduling, google chat). Interest in california culture and brand/product understanding.
