as a maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling field service operations in your assigned area. You’ll be the first point of contact for your team of technicians, as well as for customers with any technical or service-related issues on the equipment assigned to you.

your role will be key in ensuring service delivery meets contract expectations, kone quality standards, and safety regulations—while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront. In this role, you will:

* ensure field safety for technicians and users.
* manage and optimize planned maintenance, callouts, and service repair operations.
* resolve customer complaints related to service quality and invoicing.
* drive sales of service repairs and follow up on sales leads.
* monitor and control operational costs and cmii.
* conduct site audits and lead accident investigations if necessary.
* validate timesheets, manage workload balancing, and oversee scheduling and absences.
* support technician growth, training, and motivation.
* lead recruitment and onboarding of new technicians as needed.
* authorize and manage technician tools, vehicles, phones, and devices.
* this position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and developing people—all while delivering top-tier service to kone’s valued customers.
