we are seeking a strategic and hands-on hr business partner to join our team and help drive organizational success through people. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, influencing business outcomes, and collaborating directly with leaders. You will lead and implement talent strategies, advise on hr policies, and deliver impactful solutions across recruitment, performance, succession planning, compensation, engagement, onboarding/offboarding, and retention. You will also design and implement data-driven hr tools and generate insights to guide decision-making and foster a culture of accountability and high engagement. This position includes a strategic focus on compensation and benefits, supporting the hrbp team with expert guidance and ensuring equitable, competitive, and sustainable practices.

required qualifications
* bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, or a related field
* minimum of 3 years of experience as an hr business partner, with exposure to strategic initiatives and direct interaction with senior leaders
* advanced english proficiency, both written and spoken, due to collaboration with global teams and the compensation coe
* proficiency in data analysis, policy development, and stakeholder communication
you will also provide first-line support in labor relations, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with corporate values, while maintaining data quality and guiding peers through key hr processes. Building strong relationships with internal clients and staying current on trends and best practices will be essential to continuously add value.
