- proven experience as a freight broker or in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry.
- strong knowledge of transportation logistics, including trucking, shipping, and freight forwarding.
- excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- proficiency in using transportation management software (tms) and other relevant tools.
- knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
*based salary free of taxes is: $24,300 mx*
