- intermediate to advanced english level (required)
- strong interest in customer service, communication, and business relations
- proactive attitude and a growth mindset
genuine interest in recruitment, human resources, and business development
availability to travel within mexico and abroad
work modality: remote for the first 6 months
hybrid model afterwards (based in guadalajara or mexico city)
compensation: mxn $10,000 – $15,000 per month,
depending on skills and english proficiency
