About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our B2B sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging potential clients, and helping drive revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and ensure a smooth handoff from prospecting to closed deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and other channels to generate qualified B2B leads.
- Engage inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on business needs and potential fit.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the account executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Serve as a consultative resource, understanding customer needs and recommending solutions.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or B2B business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or lead generation goals.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
- Results-driven, proactive, and motivated to achieve targets.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new products or technologies.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
