We are seeking a translator / local operations officer to join our team in mexico city. This role will serve as a key bridge between local operations and international teams, supporting communication, localization, and operational activities to ensure smooth business execution in the region.
key responsibilities
cross-team collaboration: facilitate spanish–english communication across departments, including meetings, emails, team building, and training initiatives.
product localization: support the adaptation of digital banking and loan products by coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, high-quality delivery.
market insights: monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing materials; provide feedback to optimize content and positioning.
operational support: assist local operations with day-to-day coordination and special projects as required.
qualifications
proficiency in spanish and english at a professional working level (written and spoken).
strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
willingness to travel for short-term business assignments when needed.
preferred experience: background in e-commerce, payments, fintech, or credit-related industries.
