Responsibilities
property management: this role involves working closely with our hoa team. You will gain comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry at the property level, building essential skills for success in a high-pressure environment.
Support for senior account managers: assist in the daily operations of properties. This includes, but is not limited to, handling correspondence related to maintenance issues, and complaints, drafting letters, preparing for meetings, and budgeting. You will be the primary point of contact, bridging the firm with our clients. This involves regular communication with board members, owners, tenants, vendors, and agents. Exceptional communication skills are crucial for success in this role and within our organization.
Portfolio management: oversee the day-to-day operations of your assigned portfolio, encompassing management tasks such as addressing maintenance requests, communicating with owners and board members, scheduling contractors/vendors, etc
qualifications, skills and key competencies
strong english proficiency (both written and spoken) – essential for daily communication.
Proficiency with microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint).
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Reliable computer or laptop with a functional camera for video meetings.
A stable, high-speed internet connection is required.
Demonstrated professionalism and clear, effective communication skills.
