The *medical service physician*role, based in the mexico city regional office, is to provide medical support to establish the growth of the corporate presence in the latin american region and the introduction of products in the region of responsibility: mexico, portions of the caribbean, and latin america (specifically mexico, the independent caribbean countries, central america, colombia, venezuela, ecuador, peru, etc.), in addition to support in the rest of the continent, as requested by the head of latin american medical affairs. The person will also serve as local head of pharmacovigilance and technovigilance for mexico.

*main responsibilities, activities, duties and tasks*
- present scientific and product information to internal teams, healthcare providers, and potential clients
- guide regulatory efforts and market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- support product launches and commercial planning with deep medical insight
- represent the company in scientific forums and build relationships with key opinion leaders
- standardize medical practices across latin america and support global initiatives
- serve as pharmacovigilance and technovigilance leader for mexico
- train internal teams on safety protocols and ensure compliance with local/global regulations
- manage adverse event reporting and collaborate with international drug safety teams

*education*
- medical degree;

*professional experience, knowledge & technical skills*
- background in radiology and medical imaging
- 2+ years in pharmacovigilance/technovigilance within pharma, biotech, or regulatory affairs
- proven experience in medical affairs with managerial responsibilities
- strong compliance knowledge and stakeholder engagement (including healthcare professionals and government officials
- skilled presenter with experience in scientific and marketing communications
- business acumen and strategic mindset in medical marketing
- fluency in both spanish and english (100%)
- ability to translate scientific knowledge into business strategies
- strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
- able to train diverse audiences, including those with limited scientific background
- customer-centric mindset with global awareness
- comprehensive understanding of regional medical functions and operations

- the position is office / field based (mexico city, mexico)
- travel requirements 30-40% domestic; 10% international travel is required
