The Executive Director of Fun is the heartbeat of Deelum’s culture and experiences. This role mirrors the energy and vision of Michael Dee, ensuring that every detail — from client interactions to brand experiences — reflects Deelum’s signature blend of creativity, hospitality, and joy.

Maintain a positive and uplifting attitude that inspires the team.
Ensure clients, partners, and staff feel appreciated and enjoy every Deelum experience.
Plan, Coordinate, and Execute / Planear, Coordinar y Ejecutar.
Manage logistics: flights, drivers, dinners, catering, and deliveries.
Oversee operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Pay monthly utilities (CFE) and track recurring expenses.
Keep realtors updated via WhatsApp with properties, promotions, and incentives.
Coordinate hospitality for visiting clients to create unforgettable experiences.
Lead the Deelum Art House program (one-week artist stay + 3-day event).
Create and manage invitations and guest lists.
Travel to new destinations for creative inspiration.
Represent Deelum with authenticity, creativity, and class.
Manage and grow the @in.mexico Instagram page, posting new lifestyle and brand content weekly.
Repost and engage with Deelum content that aligns with the brand tone.
Buy food and drinks for workers (Coca-Cola, tacos, etc.) to keep spirits high.
Select furnishings, plants, and décor with Michael Dee and designers.
Coordinate with smart home vendors, law firm, and accountant.
Weekend availability is expected with clients, events, and travel.
Set and achieve weekly short-term goals.
Maintain long-term creative and operational objectives aligned with Deelum’s mission.
