experience and education
● bachelor's degree, administration, industrial relations, or related degree.
● minimum 3 years of experience in the position in the maquiladora industry.
knowledge, skills, and certifications
● knowledge: in general terms, staff retention and turnover strategies.
● stps requirements related to general working conditions, imss, nom-035, payrolls, and advanced ms office skills.
● trainer knowledge or certifications.
main areas and responsibilities
● training and instruction on operational processes, strategies, and controls for all department operators.
● ensure control and maintenance of mobile equipment driver licenses.
● create training plans and strategies, budgets, and alignments with operational and legal needs.
● employee recognition processes.
● follow-up on plant labor cases, application of the rit.
● preparation of reports, management of turnover, absenteeism, eh&s-related activities, and training.
● participate in compliance with the qms (quality management system) determined for their role in relation to iso9001:2015.
● comply with safety rules determined according to their role.
● comply with planned training related to quality and training.
● identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
