Mobile reliability engineering (mre) team responsibility is to ensure the "reliability" of the pixel modem software. This includes tasks such as field testing, carrier certification, issue resolution, carrier technical support, infra interoperability, carrier feature enablement, program management, test case design, carrier compliance, carrier customization, testing engineering, and engineering automation, etc.
As a technical program manager at google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You will plan requirements with internal customers and user projects through the entire project life-cycle. You will be at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. You will manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and driving the technical directions of your programs.

*responsibilities*:
- manage new technology field trials in mexico market.
- analyze the 5g/4g logs from the field test in mexico and identify keys issues and work with test/software team to resolve it. Experience in testing and commercialization of satellite technologies.
- develop a test plan for new cellular technologies (e.g., non-terrestrial network, access point*based integrated management system) in the field and support debug efforts for global commercialization.
- exercise technical judgment to keep goals for programs, projects and products attainable within a given timeline. Communicate with stakeholders with clear quality signal per testing progress.
- identify opportunities for new technology field automation and work with cross-functional team for automation tools/processes.
