automotive manufacturing company is looking for a pc&l manager. The pc&l manager directs and coordinates the activities within the pc&l department including planning and scheduling, shipping and receiving, 3rd party logistics interface for mexico, inventory control and customer interaction.

* oversee inventory levels, shipping/receiving, planning/scheduling, ensuring materials are available for production and customer requirements are met.
* lead and enforce policies, procedures, and continuous improvement in safety, housekeeping, and compliance (iatf, mmog/le, iso standards).
* direct logistics and freight functions, including coordination with third parties, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
* manage planning activities for engineering changes, launches, part revisions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
* act as liaison with corporate purchasing and support aps activities, while maintaining high standards of leadership, problem solving, and customer focus.
perfil buscado
* bachelor's degree in logistics/materials management or related field from a 4-year college or university
* must have at least 5 years of experience in materials management and production control in a manufacturing environment
* apics certification preferred
* sap expert
* advanced english level
