- functional objectives:
- _complete 100% of the preventive maintenance activities scheduled by the planner._
- _repairing breakdowns or adjusting machinery within the first 20 minutes allowed._
- _complete 100% of the activities scheduled for corrective maintenance._
- is responsible for:
- _perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the company's machinery and equipment of medium complexity (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic)._
- _proactively participate in the maintenance plan, as well as assist the molding area in any needs requested by the area manager._
- _preventive and corrective adjustment and maintenance of general mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical machinery and tools._
- _repair and configuration of plant equipment ( facilities )._
- _complete maintenance orders daily._
- _support to the plant engineering department._
- _maintenance and manufacturing of metal structures._
- _fits various cutting and stripping machines._
- _understand the quality policy and quality objectives._
- _perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with the documented quality system._
- _recommend and implement improvements in activities and processes within the quality system._
- the functions listed above are illustrative, but not limiting.
- education and professional knowledge:
- _technical high school_
- _two to three years of experience in maintenance of facilities and equipment (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)._
- functional, technical and individual competences required:
- _ability to understand electrical diagrams of machinery and equipment._
- _skill in electric arc welding._
- _knowledge of low voltage electricity._
- _theoretical knowledge of molding machines._
- _knowledge of working at heights._
- _use of lifting platforms._
- _knowledge of safety regulations._
- _knowledge in loto._
- _preventive and/or corrective maintenance of industrial machines and facilities._
