Job summary
we are seeking a network support engineer – l1 to provide first-level technical support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues. The candidate will assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network systems while ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
key responsibilities
* provide level 1 support for network-related incidents and service requests.
* monitor network devices, connectivity, and system alerts.
* troubleshoot basic lan/wan, wi‑fi, and vpn issues.
* support installation and configuration of routers, switches, and access points.
* perform cable connectivity checks and basic network diagnostics.
* escalate complex issues to level 2 or senior network engineers.
* support hardware replacement and network device setup.
* maintain incident logs, documentation, and update tickets in the itsm tool.
* assist with network upgrades, imac activities, and site support tasks.
* ensure timely response and resolution according to sla requirements.
