*your role at baxter*
the quota & commissions analyst is responsible for annual commissions grid and quotas, monthly commissions calculation, commissions reserves. Provide information about the team performance. Resolve commercial team questions and call out the situations out of commissions policy.
*what will* *you be doing?*
- responsible for monthly calculations reports for payment of commissions.
- generate quota and commission meetings with the commercial team in order to review any doubts or concerns.
- update and communicate financial key indicators throughout the organization.
- build relationships with several teams by being a strategic partner who provides an objective commercial viewpoint based on understanding commercial and market information to support strategic decision making.
- detect changes in sales, income, expenses and other meaningful data of the company.
- transform data into reports and conclusions that serve to make the best decisions for the company in different areas.
*what you'll bring*
- bachelor´s degree (lae / marketing)
- 3 or + years of work experience in business development, or other analytical role in the pharmaceutical, biotech or related industries.
- experience developing and using excel-based models conducting quantitative analysis.
- experience in prelaunch marketing, market planning or related field
