*about the role*
we are seeking a *highly analytical, detail‑driven, business‑minded business analyst* to join our central controlling team supporting the *americas & the pacific (ampac)* region. This role operates as a *central analytical hub*, consolidating regional data, building advanced dashboards, elevating reporting standards, and driving automation initiatives that enable transparency and strategic decision-making across multiple countries.
*key responsibilities*
*regional reporting & consolidation*
- consolidate reporting packages from *other regional sites*, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- build and manage the *regional business review package*, including operational and financial performance insights.
- support monthly reporting cycles, forecasts, business plans, and ad‑hoc analytical requests.
*data analytics & visualization*
- develop advanced *excel models* and automated solutions using power query.
- build impactful dashboards, data models, and visual analytics using *power bi*.
- identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support decision‑making across regional teams.
*business insights & commercial excellence*
- develop *commercial excellence* reporting, pricing analysis, and sales performance dashboards.
- define, track, and analyze kpis for operations, sales, and financial performance.
- provide insights that help optimize business processes and operational efficiency.
*process improvement & automation*
- automate end-to-end reporting workflows for areas such as order‑to‑cash, warehousing, and operational processes.
- lead and participate in px initiatives, gap analysis, risk assessments, and change management efforts.
- document methodologies, maintain data governance, and enhance bi processes.
*stakeholder collaboration*
- work closely with stakeholders across *finance, operations, sales, marketing, and regional leadership*.
- engage regularly with teams in *brazil* and other countries—strong english communication is essential.
- provide analytical leadership in cross-functional projects and support solution implementation/testing.
*required qualifications*
- bachelor’s degree in *finance, accounting, business, engineering, economics, mathematics*, or a related field.
- *3+ years* of experience in business analysis, controlling, fp&a, or data analysis.
- proven experience working in an *international company* is *mandatory*.
- advanced proficiency in *excel*, including *power query*, modeling, and automation.
- strong experience with *power bi* (dax is a plus).
- solid understanding of data analysis techniques, business intelligence frameworks, and reporting automation.
- experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.
- strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
*preferred experience*
- corporate and industrial sector experience.
- ability to create automation scripts, prompts, or data‑processing solutions.
