*main responsibilities*:*functional and central area services*- analyzing and proposing new process improvements according to the business evolution strategies.- proposing new models based on outcomes, efficiency, and cost savings.- creating conceptual and technology benchmarks to identify new platforms to support the business processes and drive internal implementations.- project management for different global technology integrations and implementation initiatives.- managing internal and external consultants and advisory partners focusing on business strategy.- keep up to date business process documented.- business case development- support business to assure operative continuity through new projects or initiatives.
*program and pmo execution*- provide project management services to coordinate and ensure successful execution of the initiatives- implement and operate a project information system- partnering with different internal business areas and it to ensure project execution.
