our client is a high-growth tech firm specializing in big data and freight analytics. We are recruiting a solutions architect to create the overall technical vision for specific business solutions—designing, describing, and managing the implementation from the ground up.
responsibilities
* technical lead: act as the primary lead for new client implementations and technical requests.
* integration consulting: evaluate hardware/software integration and operational performance for successful deployments.
* project oversight: manage projects from requirements through deployment, creating scope documentation and schedules.
* documentation: maintain technical design documentation for software changes and system implementation.
* collaboration: work across departments to ensure milestones are met and business impacts are understood.
requirements
* education: bachelor's degree in cs, it, mis, or a related field.
* experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in technology solution implementation.
* technical skills: proficiency with sql, smartsheet, and the atlassian suite (jira/confluence).
* sdlc: proven track record in managing release processes and the software development lifecycle.
* communication: strong verbal and written english skills.
* bonus: experience within the freight rate, auditing, or logistics software industries.
