job responsibilities: -solving telephone requests from existing customers.
- providinginformation about products and services (additional services,tariffs).
- providing information on billing for services andpayments for customer's services.
- resolving customer complaints.- work with service requests and their transfer to all competentdepartments (creation, sending, closing, informing the customerabout the status of the request).
requirements: - 1 - 3 years ofexperience in customer care.
- english advanced level.
- highschool graduated.
- professional customer service skills : solutionmindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customerexperience.
- fair written and verbal communication skills.
