* responsible for all activities related to manufacturing engineering of assigned product(s).
* responsible for the coordination of the project startups between plant, development, sales and customer.
* responsible for coordinating and implementing change management for existing products.
qualifications
* education: mechatronics / industrial eng. (preferred or similar)
* microsoft office: excel, word, power point, project
* project management
* experience: 3-5 years in project management area, automotive sector, product cost structure
* entrepreneurial mindset: goals oriented, customer oriented
* interpersonal competence: communication, negotiation, language skills
* leadership skills: negotiation, teamwork, decision making, effective communication, emotional intelligence, critical thinking
