* oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
* analyze property financial performance, identifying trends and variances to drive strategic decisions.
* present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* collaborate with property managers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
* assist in budget and forecast preparation, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
* ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in accounting.
