implement and maintain the mes system
1. configure, customize, and support the manufacturing execution system, ensuring accurate capture of production data (work orders, scrap, downtime, performance).
2. maintain system reliability and minimize downtime through proactive monitoring and support.
3. design and develop .net-based applications supporting manufacturing operations using microsoft technologies (sql server, .net framework, wpf).
4. integrate shop-floor equipment and industrial systems using communication protocols (opc ua, ethernet/ip, tcp/ip) and develop restful apis and websocket solutions for real-time system communication.
5. collaborate with cross-functional teams (it, automation, operations) to deploy, enhance, and support mes functionalities.
6. provide technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for manufacturing applications.
qualifications
7. information technology professional with minimum 3 years of experience as a software developer focused on .net solutions.
8. advanced level of english
9. strong interest in working with manufacturing execution systems (mes) and industrial system integration
technical skills:
10. languages: c#,, advanced microsoft excel (vba, macros), xml/json
11. database: ms sql server, complex sql queries, data modeling for production systems
12. architecture: .net framework, windows presentation foundation (wpf), windows forms
13. communication protocols: opc ua, ethernet/ip, tcp/ip, plc communication, scada/hmi concepts
14. integration: restful apis, websockets, clear documentation and change control

15. analytical thinking, problem-solving, and results-oriented approach
16. effective communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams
17. adaptability to industrial and manufacturing environments
