we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial strategy and drive growth in key markets.
this role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive commercial plans, aligning with our mission and vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving sales and wholesale business through strategic partnerships and territory models.
key responsibilities:
* develop and implement commercial plans that drive revenue growth and expand wholesale business.
* build and manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and operational excellence.
* oversee collection launches, promotional campaigns, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and sales.
* provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform product development and assortment planning.
* maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, commercial management, or related fields (master's degree preferred).
* minimum 10 years of progressive experience in commercial or sales leadership roles within fashion, apparel, or fast-moving consumer goods industries.
* at least 6 years in a senior leadership role managing teams and driving commercial strategy.
