Brand manager/sr brand specialist, consumer electronics
amazon mexico retail team is seeking a data-driven, customer-obsessed, hands-on, and creative candidate to join our team. As a brand specialist, you'll collaborate with selected vendors to drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience on amazon.com.mx, while maintaining strong business relationships with high-profile brands.
responsibilities include managing a brand’s product portfolio, improving user experience, and creating detailed monthly performance reports. You will lead vendor presentations and planning sessions, acting as the main point of contact.
you will also support category growth through detailed business analysis, identifying inefficiencies, proposing operational improvements, ensuring high customer satisfaction, maintaining high-quality product detail pages, and recommending effective marketing strategies.

basic qualifications
* 3+ years of experience with excel
* 5+ years in retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiation and results delivery
* bachelor's degree or equivalent
* fluent in english and spanish
preferred qualifications
* experience managing large data sets to improve performance and processes
* vendor negotiations, pricing, promotion, inventory management, and product development experience
* financial analysis and p&l ownership experience
* advanced negotiation skills
