Customer service representative
the primary function of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a seamless guest experience. As a representative, you will be the face of our organization, and your interactions with guests will set the tone for their stay.
key responsibilities:
* process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
* process various payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit cards.
* handle check-outs, resolving any late or disputed charges, and answer guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
