the assistant controller is responsible for the oversite of the accounting staff, ensuring that accounting practices, and procedures are maintained.the assistant controller will be responsible for supporting the controller and the overall financial activities for the division.
the assistant controller is responsible for monthly and year-end closing and related reporting to the headquarters in the uk, journal entries, reconciliations, ensure the integrity of the general ledger and system, support monthly accounting reports to management and internal and external auditors and tax authorities.
the assistant controller will also support the maintenance and development of financial controls for the certech cores organization.
interact with financial management and leadership regarding financial and operational information.the assistant controller will work closely with the global finance teams to ensure important coordination on processes, information sharing, construction in process, supplier payments and other business-critical functions.responsibilitiesoverview & scope of roleessential functions:prepare and issue timely monthly and annual financial reports for internal and corporate use.
