*business unit finance analyst*:
the business unit finance analyst serves as a business partner for specific therapeutic areas, providing support to marketing teams generating the information and analysis required to support decision-making and monitoring of business performance.
Compliance focal point responsible for ensuring sox controls. The role includes evaluating and monitoring processes, procedures, and activities to identify and mitigate risks.
*responsibilities*:
- assist in the development of marketing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- collaborating with marketing teams to align financial goals and objectives with overall marketing strategies.
- supervising and reporting on actual versus planned spending and providing insights on budget variances.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, global services, and sales, capture the input, and share insights.
- support marketing teams with financial analysis and recommendations for decision-making.
- develop financial models and analysis. Build tools for directors and managers to support decision-making.
- supervise the implementation and adherence to internal control policies and procedures throughout the organization, addressing non-compliance issues and recommending corrective actions.
- assist with internal and external audit engagements, providing required documentation and evidence to auditors, responding to inquiries, and addressing audit recommendations

- bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, and industrial engineering, among others.
- five years of experience is required.
- knowledge of accounting and financial processes (financial and control, analysis, financial planning and forecasting, reports, and variance analysis, budget control) is required.
- experience in commercial finance is considered a differential capability.
- strong skills in microsoft excel and powerpoint
- experience with sap and anaplan is a plus.
- strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- required languages: sophisticated english level.
