*job summary*
the unirac account manager is an integral role within a region that works closely with the larger sales and marketing team. The position systematically balances providing support to distributors, installers, and the team with proactive selling activities.
*primary responsibilities / duties*
- work with the team to maintain and win business
- support distributors and installers with
- product technical support
- sales support
- training support
- share feedback with applicable departments in a timely manner
- utilize and maintain salesforce crm
- visit local distributors and installers to create, build and maintain relationships
*experience / skill requirements*
- demonstrated ability to work in a team environment transparently and systematically
- communicate effectively
- knowledge of sales principles and applied sales techniques.
- ability to network; build and maintain relationships
- effectively work from a remote office while being a part of a team
- virtual and in-person presentation and speaking skills
- ability to think critically and challenge the norm to drive improvements
- must be able to work through issues and objections
- be curious and ask questions
- experience using microsoft word, excel, outlook, and powerpoint, as well as salesforce.
*educational requirements*
- bachelors degree or relevant experience
*travel requirements*
- majority of travel is via car & & air plane, approx. 40%
*job duties*
- manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
- engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
- implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account
- record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
